Alumnae Reunion

On Friday, May 9, 2025, Notre Dame School welcomed nearly 150 alumnae, friends, faculty and staff to the Sr. Mary Dolan, SU Arts and Athletics Center, where together the anniversary years ending in 0 & 5 were celebrated. The first half of the event featured tours of the school led by students, scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, and an abundance of laughter and smiles. Sr. Mary Dolan, SU then addressed those in attendance for a reflective moment to honor Dr. Virginia O'Brien, SU who passed away on March 30, 2025. Sr. Virginia's leadership and legacy as an alumna and President, Chez Nous, will be celebrated more formally in the fall as we dedicate the library in her name. Further details will be shared in the coming months. Following Sr. Mary's remarks, our alumnae were delighted to learn about the many academic and athletic successes on West 13th Street, and the future Chez Nous from Jaclyn Brilliant, Acting President, and Beth Bixenman, Director of Development and Alumnae Relations, as well.
